The displays were interesting and the volunteer staff knowledgable. We didn't have kids with us but they were all enjoying the displays. Glad we were there for the 11am feed

Phenomenal experience. I booked an Eco Tour very last minute and had the understanding that dolphin sightings may be minimal if any but I was so very pleased we were lucky enough to have the company of dolphins the entire tour - we even got to view the dolphins feeding. The centre is super easy to locate with ample parking, absolutely worth the visit.

An awesome experience to be able to swim and watch these beautiful aquatic mammals interact underwater. Our guide Kathy was fantastic and a wealth of knowledge. Also a shout out to the great volunteers assisting everyone on the boat and in and out of the water. A very well run tour and I will certainly be booking another swim on my next visit to WA. Note: The 4 underwater images have been take off the video that was taken on the day by Kathy.

This is THE experience to have if you're visiting WA. It's worth the drive down south for the chance to see wild dolphins up close. My favourite part of visiting here? They have local retirees who volunteer to sit in the lifeguard tower and when they see the dolphin fin, they'll ring the bell next to them and everyone's encouraged to run down to the beach, stand still in the water and get to experience the true magic of having a wild dolphin swim right by their feet.I love that they have a rehabilitation program for injured sea turtles. I love how passionate they are for the marine life around them, and you can tell just how much they love conservation and protecting the species living in our oceans. They have a mini aquarium-type space where you can see octopus, seahorse, turtles, etc. They have a very informative little nook where they have educational videos that are engaging for kids, teaching them about the rich and vast marine life WA is blessed with. You can book a tour to go out of a boat and see wild dolphins swim in the open water. I took my Grandmother and it's an experience I'm so glad we had together. It was more meaningful than I could've ever known. This place is a Gem. You owe it to yourself and your family to experience this wonderful place!

I've been coming down to the Southwest since I was in primary school, and no matter how many times I've stopped by I've actually never seen a dolphin here. I guess I've always come in at the wrong time.Nonetheless, I've always had a good chat with the volunteers here who are always on the lookout for the dolphin. And they can tell you all the embarrassing anecdotes of the dolphins that come down here. The stories are pretty great.By this time, I've pretty much given up the idea that I'll probably won't see any of our bottle-nosed friends here. Will that stop me from coming here anytime I pass by Bunbury? Nope, I'm still gonna come here. Maybe in summer or when it's warmer when the dolphins come on a daily basis by the sounds of it.If you do get to see them, make sure you don't touch them, as they are protected and protect yourself from copping a fine. Just enjoy being in their vicinity. What more can you ask for?

Plenty of parking, courteous staff, chance to witness dolphin if you call them in advance to check if there is any dolphin tour on that day. But I found the facility to be abit small. Best rest than that whole place is worth the visit.
